NO cancellations, returns, or exchanges are accepted once an order has been placed.
Please understand that each and every crystal is natural and unique, we can not make any exchanges based on visual preferences over your crystal. Any cracks, marks or other imperfections are natural occurrences that might present on your crystal. However, all crystal products are well inspected before sending and we do our best to only deliver you the crystals that meet our requirement.
DAMAGED OR WRONGLY SENT GOODS
Our customers are always entitled to good products. In the unfortunate case you receive a damaged item or an item you did not order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange an exchange for you.
Let us know by email within 48 hours after receiving your order. Please kindly state your order no., the item(s) you would like to exchange and the reasons why you have to exchange, reference photo is also required.
For valid exchange, RENIOK will issue a return form to you by email.
Please print out and fill in the information as required.
Items should be repackaged along with the return form and sent back within 3 days after the request has been qualified.
We will contact you via email once we receive the return goods. New item(s) will
be sent to you within 3-5 business days after inspecting and processing.
*All packaging is for the protection of goods, no exchange/return will be issued even if there is damage on packaging.
*If our stock is not available for an exchange, a refund will be issued via the original payment method and will normally be settled within 3-4 weeks, depending on the processing time of your payment provider.
Repackage the exchange item(s)
All tags, certificates, warranties, care instructions, product labelling, authenticity cards, dust bags and boxes etc. are intact and returned together with the Merchandise;
The original invoice must be presented;
- A completed return form is presented (Return form will be emailed to you once the request is approved).
*Please keep in mind that fragile products must be shipped with the utmost care.
*Exchange will not be accepted when one of the requirements above is missing.
We offer free exchanges and returns (if applicable) for damaged or faulty items. However, taxes and duties are non-refundable through RENIOK.
RENIOK reserves the right to change its Returns/Exchanges Policy at any time and notify you by posting an updated version of the policy on the website. Should there be any dispute, RENIOK’s decision would be final.
